Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have a degree in Engineering or Technology in the relevant discipline from a recognized university/institution with a minimum of 65% marks.
Age Limit (As on 20.07.2023): The upper age limit prescribed for all the posts shall be 27 years as on 20 July 2023, i.e. applicants should be born on or after 21 July 1996. The upper age limit is relaxable by 3 years for OBC (Non Creamy Layer) candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates only for consideration to the posts reserved for the respective categories. Age relaxation for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) shall be as per Government of India guidelines.
Salary: Selected candidates for the Executive Trainee posts in CSL will receive a consolidated monthly stipend during the training period. After successful completion of training, candidates will be placed in the E1 grade with a basic pay of Rs. 40,000-1,40,000 along with other allowances and benefits as per the company’s rules.
