Eligibility Criteria: Candidates applying for the CUTN JRF posts must meet the following eligibility criteria:
Educational Qualification: M.Sc(Physics , Applied Physics, or relevant area with a minimum of 55% marks [50% for OBC (Non-creamy layer)/SC/ST/PWD candidates]. Candidates with qualified with CSIR-NET/ GATE/ JEST/ INSPIRE will be given priority for the interview.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years and relaxable up to to five years for SC/ST/OBC/WOMEN and Physically handicapped candidate. Age relaxation may be applicable for candidates belonging to reserved categories as per government rules.
Salary and Benefits: Junior Research Fellow (JRF) – Rs. 16,000/- Per month (without HRA) for 36 months. Selected candidates for the Junior Research Fellow (JRF) posts at CUTN will receive a competitive salary package as per the norms of the university and funding agency. In addition to the salary, they may also be eligible for other benefits, including allowances and research-related expenses.
Selection Process: The selection process for the CUTN JRF recruitment will involve the following stages: Based on the academic merit, skills, research experience the candidates will be shortlisted for attending the online interview.
