Eligibility Criteria: Candidates interested in applying for the Assistant Manager (Finance) position should possess a CA/ICWA qualification from a recognized institute or university. For the Manager Gr.1 (HR)/Sr. Manager (HR) positions, candidates should have an MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Personnel Management from a recognized institute or university.
Assistant Manager (Finance) (E-1) – CA/ICWA/MBA(Fin) with min 55% Marks in Graduation
Minimum Post Qualification Working Experience: Min 2 Years Post Qualification executive experience with min 1 Years in next below grade in an Organization of repute. In Case of other than Govt. Organization the gross drawn remuneration should not be less than Rs.3,60,000/- per minimum in his/her last/current Organization.
Manager Gr.1 (HR)/ Sr. Manager (HR) – 2 Years Post Graduate Diploma/ MBA (Personnel Management (HR) / (MSW) (Minimum 55% Marks)
Minimum Post Qualification Working Experience: Minimum 6 Years / 9 Years Post Qualification Executive Experience with min 2 Years in next below grade in an Organization of repute. In Case of other than Govt. Organization the gross drawn remuneration should not be less than Rs.6,00,000/- Per Annum for Manager Gr. I / Rs.7,20,000/- Per Annum for Sr. Manager in his/her Last/Current Organization.
Age Limit (As on 05.07.2023) :
1. Assistant Manager (Finance) (E-1) – 32 Years
2. Manager Gr.1 (HR)/ Sr. Manager (HR) – 37/42 Years
Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules.
