Salary: The salary for each post may vary depending on the job profile and experience. The salary range for the posts offered by FACT ranges from Rs. 10,000/- to Rs. 2,80,000/- per month.
Selection Process: The selection process for these posts will be based on a written test, group discussion, and personal interview. Candidates will be shortlisted based on their performance in the written test and called for the group discussion and personal interview.
Post Codes 1 & 2 –Candidates provisionally short-listed based on the initial screening of applications will be called for Personal Interview to be held at Kochi. Post Code 3 – Based on Test (CBT) and Personal Interview. The test is proposed to be held at Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, Thiruvananthapuram & Kochi and Personal Interview will be held at, Kochi.
Post Codes 4 to 8-Based on Test (CBT), Group Discussion and Personal Interview. The test is proposed to be held at Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, Thiruvananthapuram & Kochi and Group Discussion / Personal Interview will be held at, Kochi.
Post Codes 9 & 10 – Based on Test (CBT). The test is proposed to be held at Thiruvananthapuram & Kochi.
Post Codes 11 to 13 –Based on Test (CBT) and Skill Test. The test (CBT) is proposed to be held at Thiruvananthapuram & Kochi. Skill Test will be conducted at Kochi.
Post Code 14 – Based on a Practical Test. Candidates if required will be short listed based on test(s) / by adopting such other methods or criteria found suitable at the discretion of the Management. The test(s) will be held at Kochi.
