Essential Work Experience:
• Total relevant experience of at least 15 years in sales / sales operations
• Strong understanding of laboratory testing services, testing protocols etc.
• Strong understanding of market competitions, knowledge of buying houses and their sourcing clients, networking and developing leads
• Business analysis & business forecasting abilities for laboratory services
• Strong interpersonal & relationship-building and client-management skills
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills and good presentation skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Budgeting Skills
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Desirable Work Experience: Experience in sales of Lab testing services sales for product like Footwear/Leather/Textile/Toys/PPE etc is desirable.
Deliverable expected:
• Prepare business plan, improving customer base and driving revenue growth
• Identify new market opportunities including inspection services
• Design and implement the sales & Marketing Strategy
2. Technologist – B.E/B.Tech in Engineering (any field) or Post Graduate Degree in any Science subject, with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized University/Institute
Desirable Qualification: M.E./M. Tech
Essential Work Experience:
• Total relevant experience of at least 10 years
• Out of total experience, atleast 04 years of experience of working in ISO 17025 certified Laboratories for testing of products like footwear/leather/textile/plastic/rubber/automobile parts/Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Experience of modern laboratories testing practices, Lab Management systems (LMS) and lab operations.
•Working knowledge of relevant industry standards, footwear/leather market, quality, test methods (viz: SATRA / DIN / ISO / BIS / ASTM / AATCC / EN) and testing protocols • Experience in regular upkeep and basic maintenance of the lab machines.
• Excellent Communication Skills both verbal and written
• Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Desirable Work Experience:
• Experience of setting up of laboratory
3. Technologist – B.E/B.Tech in any field or Post Graduate Degree (in Chemistry or in Polymer science), with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized University/Institute
Desirable Qualification: Masters degree in Chemical Engineering / Polymer Science
Essential Work Experience:
• Total relevant experience of at least 10 years
• Out of total experience, atleast 04 years of experience of working in ISO 17025 certified Laboratories for testing of products like footwear/leather/textile/plastic/rubber/automobile parts/Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Experience of modern laboratories testing practices, Lab Management systems (LMS) and lab operations
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory chemical compliances of various countries and buyers, REACH compliance, SVHC etc, relevant industry standards, footwear/leather market, quality, test methods (viz: SATRA / DIN / ISO / BIS / ASTM / AATCC / EN) and testing protocols
• Hands-on experience in handling various testing equipment/laboratory instruments/sophisticated analytical machines like GCMS, HPLC, GCECD, UVVIS, etc and a strong understanding of analytical methods
• Experience in regular upkeep and basic maintenance of the lab machines
• Excellent Communication Skills both verbal and written
• Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Desirable Work Experience :
• Experience of setting up of laboratory
4. Jr. Technologist –Diploma in field of Engineering or Graduate Degree in Science (with Chemistry as one subject), with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized University/Institute
Desirable Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in any field or Post Graduate Degree (in Chemistry) with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized University/Institute
Essential Work Experience :
• Total relevant experience of at least 03 years (in case of diploma/graduation degree) or 02 years (in case of B.tech/B.E/PG degree) in an ISO certified Lab in products like footwear/leather/textile/plastic/rubber/automobile parts/Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory chemical compliances of various countries and buyers, REACH compliance, SVHC etc, relevant industry standards, footwear/leather market, quality, test methods (viz: SATRA / DIN / ISO / BIS / ASTM / AATCC / EN) and testing protocols
