Federal bank is one of the private commercial bank established in 1946 having headquarters in Kerala. The managing director of federal bank is Mr. Shyam Srinivasan. The recruitment board has announced various posts for Clerical and officer Scale I category. For all the posts candidates have a minimum educational qualification of Graduation degree with minimum 60% in a recognized university. Eligibility Criteria For Federal bank recruitment 2017 Clerk Officer Posts

Education Qualification for Federal bank recruitment

For Officer

Candidate should possess Graduation with minimum 60% marks from any recognized university or other institutions established by an Act of parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of U G C Act, 1956.

Candidate should have obtained minimum 60% marks for SSC or equivalent exam & 60% marks for Plus 2 or equivalent examination.

For Clerk

Candidate should possess Graduation with minimum 60% marks from any recognized university or other institutions established by an Act of parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of U G C Act, 1956.

Age Limit For Federal bank recruitment 2017

For Officer

As on 1st July’17 Candidates shall not exceed 26 years as on 01.07.2017 (candidates should be born on or after 02.07.1991) for being eligible for the post of Officer.

For Clerk

As on 1st July’17 Candidates shall not exceed 24 years as on 01.07.2017 (candidates should be born on or after 02.07.1993) for being eligible for the post of Clerk.

Pay Scale Details for Federal bank recruitment

For Officer Scale I

Candidate who joins the Bank as Officer in Scale I will be offered the following pay scale of Rs.23700 – 42020. DA, HRA, CCA will be paid as per rules of the Bank in force from time to time depending upon the place of posting. Medical Aid, Hospitalization Scheme, Leave Fare Concession, retirement benefits and other perquisites will be admissible as per Bank’s rules.

For Clerk

Candidate who joins the Bank as Clerk will be offered the following pay scale of Rs.11765 – 31540. DA, HRA, CCA will be paid as per rules of the Bank in force from time to time depending upon the place of posting. Medical Aid, Hospitalization Scheme, Leave Fare Concession, retirement benefits and other perquisites will be admissible as per Bank’s rules.

Period on probation

For Officer Scale I

Candidates selected as officer scale I will be on probation for a period of 2 years.

For Clerk

Candidates selected as clerks will be on probation for a period of 6 months.

  • Candidates are advised to read the official Federal bank recruitment notification before apply for the post
  • Scan their photograph and signature ensuring that both the photograph and signature adhere to the required specifications as given under Guidelines for photograph & signature scan and upload.
  • Have a valid personal email ID and mobile number, which should be kept active till completion of this Recruitment Process. Bank may send intimation to download call letters for the Examination etc. through the registered e-mail ID.   • To register application, choose the tab “Click here for New Registration” and enter Name, Contact details and Email-id.
  • A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down the Provisional Registration Number and Password. An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be sent.
  • Candidates are advised to carefully fill and verify the details filled in the online application themselves as no change will be possible/ entertained after clicking the FINAL SUBMIT BUTTON.
