Experience:

1. Executive (E-0) – Post qualification experience of 1 year & above for Degree Holders and 3 years & above for Diploma Holders.
2. Jr. Manager (E-1) – Post qualification experience of 3 years & above for Degree Holders and 6 years & above for Diploma Holders.
3. Asst. Manager (E-2) – Post qualification experience of 4 years & above for Degree Holders & 7 Years & above for Diploma Holders.

Discipline – Materials Management / F&A / P&A

Materials Management – Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, with at least two years MBA/PG Diploma in Management with specialization in Materials Management/Logistics/ Supply Chain Management/ Marketing/ International Trade, from a Recognized University/Institution of Repute/ Open & Distance Learning mode approved by UGC/ AICTE.

Finance & Accounts – For Entry level of E-0/E-1 CA/ICMA/MBA(Finance) from a recognized university/ Institute of repute/ Open & Distance Learning mode approved by UGC/ AICTE. For other posts, i.e., E-2 Associate Members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India OR of the Institute of Costs & Management Accountants of India (ICMA), OR MBA with Finance from an institution of repute/ Open & Distance Learning mode approved by UGC/ AICTE.

Personnel & Admin – Graduate in any discipline with Two years MBA or PGDBA having specialization in Human Resources Management from a Recognized University/ Institution of repute/ Open & Distance Learning mode approved by AICTE/UGC or Post Graduate Degree in Labour and Social Welfare or two years Diploma in Personnel Management, MA in Sociology from a Recognized University/ Institution of repute/ Open & Distance Learning mode, approved by UGC/AICTE. Experience:

Age Limit (As on 25.11.2023) : The age limit for candidates may vary for each post and is usually calculated as of the closing date for online applications.
