Out of minimum 12 years of required experience, experience of minimum 8 years should be in State/ Central Government Department(s)/ Institution(s)/ Undertaking(s) and/ or large Private Sector Organization(s)/ Institution(s)/ Company(ies) of repute as an employee of that organization. Candidates working in Government/ Public Sector Undertaking must have minimum one-year experience in the next lower pay scale or next lower equivalent pay scale.

Age Limit (As on 30.11.2023) : The upper age limit for the Chief Manager (HR) position is 40 years as of 30.11.2023.The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.
