Eligibility Criteria: Before applying for IB Recruitment 2023, it is crucial for candidates to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria as specified in the official notification. Here are the key eligibility criteria:

Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens to apply for these positions.

Age Limit: The age of the candidate should be between 18 and 27 years as of the closing date of the application, with relaxation for reserved categories as per government norms. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules.

Educational Qualifications:

Security Assistant/ Motor Transport (SA/MT) – Matriculation (10th class pass) or equivalent from a recognized Board of Education, and Possession of domicile certificate of that State against which candidate has applied. Possession of valid driving license for motor cars (LMV) issued by the competent authority. Knowledge of motor mechanism (The candidate should be able to remove minor defects in the vehicle) and Experience of driving a motor car for at least one year after obtaining valid driving license.
Desirable Qualification: Possession of valid driving license for motorcycle issued by the competent authority.

Multi Tasking Staff (General) (MTS/Gen) – Matriculation (10th class pass) or equivalent from a recognized Board of Education, and Possession of domicile certificate of that State against which candidate has applied.
Desirable Qualification: Possession of valid driving license for motorcycle issued by the competent authority.

Physical Standards: Candidates must meet specific physical standards as per the notification, including height, chest, and weight requirements.

Salary: Selected candidates will be entitled to a competitive salary in accordance with the Pay Matrix Level 3 for the SA/MT post and Pay Matrix Level 1 for the MTS/Gen post, as per the 7th Central Pay Commission.

Selection Process: The selection process for IB Recruitment 2023 consists of multiple stages, including:

Tier-I Exam: Candidates will have to appear for a written examination that will include objective type questions to test their knowledge of General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning.

Tier-II Exam: This stage includes a descriptive paper to assess the candidate’s English language skills.
