Eligibility Criteria: Candidates who wish to apply for the IBPS PO/MT Recruitment 2023 must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
Nationality: The candidate must be a citizen of India or hold necessary documentation to work in India.
Educational Qualification (As on 21.08.2023) : A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. The candidate must possess valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate that he/ she is a graduate on the day he / she registers and indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering online.
Age Limit: The minimum age for applicants is 20 years, and the maximum age is 30 years as of August 1, 2023. Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules for candidates belonging to reserved categories.The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules.
Salary: Selected candidates will be appointed as Probationary Officers (PO)/Management Trainees (MT) in various public sector banks. The salary and benefits will be in accordance with the banks’ policies and will be attractive, including allowances, increments, and other perks.
Selection Process: The selection process for IBPS CRP PO/MT-XIII Recruitment 2023 consists of three stages:
Preliminary Examination: This is the first stage of the selection process, which will be conducted online. It will consist of objective-type questions covering English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability. Candidates who qualify in the preliminary examination will be eligible for the main examination.
