Eligibility Criteria: The eligibility criteria for each position may vary, and candidates are advised to refer to the official notification for detailed information. Registrar – Master’s degree with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade point average.

Experience: Relevant administrative experience of fifteen years, out of which eight years should he as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post at PL 12 and above or equivalent, and should have the demonstrated ability of supervising computerized administration. The administrative experience at PL 12 and above should include at least 4 years in Academic/ Government/ Semi-government R&D organization.

Desirable: Degree in Management/ Law or a Ph.D degree

Deputy Superintending Engineer – B.Tech/ B.E. in Civil/Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade point average Or M.Tech/ M.E. in Civil/Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade point average

Experience: Relevant experience of eleven years after B.Tech/ B.E. in Civil/Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree, out of which five years should be in a post at Level 10 (56100 – 177500) and above or equivalent or comparable experience in other institutions. Or Relevant experience of nine years after M.Tech/ M.E. in Civil/Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree, out of which five years should be in a post at Level 10 (56100 – 177500) and above or equivalent or comparable experience in other institutions. Applicants should have demonstrated ability in construction and design, planning and execution of capital works including preparation of estimates and tender documents, maintenance of township including water supply, roads, drainage systems etc.

Desirable: Experience in preventive maintenance, retrofitting, rehabilitation and alteration works, Estate Management of residential township. Exposure to modern management/ construction techniques will be an added advantage.

Senior Technical Officer – B.Tech. / B.E. / M.Sc. or equivalent degree in CSE/ ECE/ IT/ Software Sciences or Equivalent with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade point average OR M. Tech/ M.E. with minimum of 55 % marks or equivalent grade point average

Experience: Relevant experience of eleven years after B.Tech. / B.E. / M.Sc. or equivalent degree out of which five years should in a technical / scientific post at Level 10 (56100-177500) and above or equivalent or comparable experience in other institutions. OR Relevant experience of nine years after the M. Tech/ M.E., out of which five years in a technical/scientific post in Level 10 (56100-177500) and above or equivalent. (For applicants with Ph.D. degree in the relevant discipline, duration of Ph.D. up to three years will be counted towards experience)

Desirable: Knowledge of HPC hardware architecture, Linux with RHCE certification, working experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting opensource software like Open FOAM, parallel MATLAB etc., Expertise in data center monitoring and operations.

Assistant Registrar – Master’s degree or equivalent in appropriate discipline with minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade point average Experience: Relevant experience, in computerized administration, of six years after the qualifying degree, out of which three years should be at Level 7 or one year should be at Level 8 or equivalent.

Desirable: Experience in handling Administration & Establishment/ Research & Development / Finance & Accounts/ Store & Purchase matters etc., of CFTIs/ Institute of National Importance

Student Counselor – Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with a minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade point average. OR Master’s degree in Psychology with minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade point average and diploma in Mental and/or Social Psychology

Experience: Relevant experience of six years after Clinical Psychology, out of which three years should be counseling experience in an academic/medical institution. OR Relevant experience of six years after Master’s degree in Psychology and diploma in Mental and/ or Social Psychology diploma, out of which three years should be counseling experience in an academic/medical institution. (For applicants with Ph.D. degree in relevant discipline, duration of Ph.D. up to three years would be counted towards experience)

Desirable: Working or having working experience in IITs/IISERs/NITs and similar Institutes of excellence.

Deputy Executive Engineer – B.Tech. / B.E. or equivalent degree in appropriate discipline with minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade point average. Experience: Relevant experience of six years after the qualifying degree, out of which three years should be at Level 7 (44900-142400) or one year should be at Level 8 (47600-151100) or equivalent. For applicants with M.Tech. / M.E. degree, the normal duration of Master’s programme would be counted towards experience

Desirable: Working or having working experience in IITs/IISERs/NITs and similar Institutes of excellence.

Technical Superintendent (Physics) – Bachelor’s degree (other than B.Tech. / B.E.) in appropriate discipline with relevant experience of four years after the degree. OR M.Sc. or equivalent degree in appropriate discipline with relevant experience of one year after the degree.

Technical Superintendent (CSE) – B.Tech. / B.E. / M.Sc. or equivalent degree in appropriate discipline with relevant experience of one year after B.Tech. / B.E. / M.Sc. or equivalent degree OR 3-year Diploma in Engineering in appropriate discipline with relevant experience of six years after the diploma.

Junior Engineer (Civil) – B.Tech. / B.E. or equivalent degree in appropriate discipline with relevant experience of one year after the degree. Applicants with integrated M. Tech / M.E. degree will also be eligible. OR 3-year Diploma in Engineering in appropriate discipline with relevant experience of six years after the diploma.

Junior Laboratory Assistant (CSE) – 3-year Diploma in Engineering in appropriate discipline with relevant experience of two years after the diploma. OR ITI in appropriate trade with relevant experience of five years after the ITI certificate. OR Bachelor’s degree (other than B. Tech. / B.E.) in appropriate discipline.

Junior Administrative Assistant – Bachelors’ degree in appropriate discipline.

The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules.
