Eligibility Criteria: Candidates who wish to apply for the above-mentioned posts should meet the eligibility criteria prescribed by IRCON. The eligibility criteria are as follows:
Works Engineer/Civil on contract basis – Full Time Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with not less than 60% marks from recognized University/ Institute approved by AICTE/UGC
Post Qualification Experience As on 01.03.23: Minimum one-year experience in Civil Construction works
Works Engineer/ Electrical on contract basis – Full Time Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering with not less than 60% marks from recognized University/ Institute approved by AICTE/UGC
Post Qualification Experience As on 01.03.23: Minimum One year experience in Electrical Construction works.
3. Works Engineer/ S&T on contract basis – Full time Graduate degree in Engineering/ Technology with not less than 60% marks from reputed Institute/ University approved by AICTE in any of the following specializations:
1. Electronics Engg.
2. Electrical & Electronics Engg.
3. Electronics & Communication Engg.
4. Electronics & Instrumentation Engg.
Post Qualification Experience As on 01.03.23: Minimum One-year experience in areas of Electronic Interlocking, Relay Interlocking, Automatic Signaling, Digital Communication / GSM-R / Optic Fiber Commn.
Age Limit: Candidates applying for the above-mentioned posts should not be more than 30 years of age as of 01.03.2023. Age relaxation for reserved category candidates will be applicable as per government norms. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.
Salary: The selected candidates will be offered a consolidated salary of Rs.36,000/- per month for the first year, Rs.37,800/- per month for the second year, and Rs.39,600/- per month for the third year.
Selection Process: The selection process for the above-mentioned posts will consist of a walk-in interview. The date, time, and venue of the interview will be intimated to the eligible candidates through email. The final selection will be based on the performance of the candidates in the interview.
How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates possessing the aforementioned Essential Qualification only may appear for Walk-in-Interview in the Institute with all Original and self-attested copies of all certificate/testimonials and valid identity proof (Voter ID card/ PAN Card/Driving License/Passport/Aadhar Card) and one passport size photograph. No candidate will be allowed to appear in the Interview without the Original Certificates.
