Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must carefully review the ISRO SAC Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ 2024 notification before applying. Educational Qualification:
1. Scientist/Engineer-Sc (Agriculture) – M.Sc. in Agricultural Physics/ Agricultural Meteorology/ Agronomy or equivalent with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks (average of all years/semesters) or CGPA grading of 6.84 on a 10 point scale.
Pre-requisite/s: B.Sc. in Agriculture with an aggregate minimum of 60% marks (average of all years/semesters) or CGPA grading of 6.5 on a 10 point scale.
2. Scientist/ Engineer-Sc (Atmospheric Sciences And Oceanography) – M.Sc. in Physics/ Atmospheric Sciences/ Meteorology/ Ocean Sciences or equivalent with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks (average of all years/semesters) or CGPA grading of 6.84 on a 10 point scale.
Pre-requisite/s: B.Sc. in Physics/Mathematics with an aggregate minimum of 60% marks (average of all years/semesters) or CGPA grading of 6.5 on a 10 point scale.
3. Scientist/Engineer-Sc (Computer Science Engineering) – M.E. / M.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering with Specialization in Image Processing/ Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning / Computer Vision with an aggregate minimum of 60% (average of all years/semesters) or CGPA/CPI grading of 6.5 on a 10 point scale
Pre-requisite/s: B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Engineering /Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology (IT) with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks (average of all years/semesters) or CGPA/CPI grading of 6.84 on a 10 point scale.
Age Limit (As on 15.01.2024) : The age limit for all the Scientist/Engineer post is between 18 – 30 years. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules.
Salary: The selected candidates will be offered a competitive salary as per the Pay Matrix Level applicable to the respective post. Other allowances and benefits may also be provided as per ISRO norms.
