Eligibility Criteria:
Research Assistant – Graduate in science/ relevant subjects (Public Health/Social Work/Nursing/Sociolog y/Psychology etc.) from a recognized university with three years of work experience from a recognized institution or Master’s degree in the relevant subject (Public Health/Social Work/Nursing/Sociolog y/Psychology etc.).
Desirable Qualifications: MPH
Junior Research fellow – Graduate in clinical psychology from a recognized university with five years work experience from a recognized institution or Master’s degree in the relevant subject (Medical Sciences/Social Work/etc.).
Desirable Qualifications: Experience in mental health projects & clinical experience.
Field worker/assistant – High School* or equivalent with five years experience in related field from a Government institution or recognized institute or certificate of one year training in the relevant area or ITI or National Trade certificate of National Council for Vocational Training and successful completion of ATS in relevant trade from a Government recognized board. *Intermediate with science subjects and B. Sc. shall be treated as equivalent to 2 and 3 years’ experience respectively.
Desirable Qualifications: Prior experience in projects for data collection, field work, or mental health projects.
Age Limit (As on 24.06.2023): The upper age limit for all the positions is 30 years. However, age relaxations may be applicable for candidates from reserved categories as per government norms.
Salary:
- Research Assistant – Rs. 31000/-Consolidated pm
2. Junior Research fellow – Rs. 31000/- +HRA 9% Rs 2790 pm= Rs 33790/-
3. Field worker/assistant – Rs. Rs.18000./- Consolidated pm
Selection Process: The list of shortlisted candidates will be displayed on the website of JIPMER, and these candidates will be called for an interview. A written test prior to the interview may be conducted depending on the number of applicants. No TA/DA will be paid for the interview.
