Educational Qualification :
1.Mine Foreman-I (NE-08) :
• SSC Pass.
• Possessing valid Mine Foreman’s Certificate of Competency (U/R).
Experience:
• 6 yrs. After passing Mine Foreman’s Competency Certificate.
2.Sel. Gr. Mine Foreman/Trainee Select Grade Mine Foreman (NE-09) :
• Diploma in Mining and Mine Surveying.
Experience:
• 2 yrs. Experience as Mine Foreman after passing Diploma.
OR
• Diploma in Mining and Mine Surveying.
• Fresher will be inducted as a Trainee for a period of 2 yrs. After acquiring Competency Certificate of Mine Foreman (U/R), Exemption Certificate and satisfactory performance will be regularized as Sel. Grd. Mine Foreman in NE-09 scale of pay.
3.Mine Mate Gr.-I (NE-05) :
• SSC Pass.
• Possessing valid Mine Mate Certificate of Competency (U/R).
Experience:
• 3 yrs. As Mine Mate in a reputed Mining Company.
4.Blaster Gr.-II (NE-04) :
• SSC Pass
• Blaster’s Certificate of Competency (U/R)
Experience:
• 1 year as Blaster in a Mining organization.
5.Electrical Supervisor/ Trainee Electrical Supervisor (NE-09) :
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institute.
• Holding a valid Electrical Supervisor’s Certificate of Competency, covering mining installation issued under sub-regulation (1) of regulation 29 of Central Electricity Authority Regulations, 2010.
• Experience: 3 years’ experience in Electrical field in a Limited Company i.e. either Public or Private one (incorporated under Companies Act, 2013) in India, Preferably in Mining Industry.
OR
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering from recognized Institute.
• Fresher will be inducted as a Trainee for a period of 2 yrs. After acquiring Competency Certificate of Electrical Supervisor’s Certificate of Competency, covering mining installation issued under sub-regulation (1) of regulation 29 of Central Electricity Authority Regulations, 2010 and satisfactory performance will be regularized as Electrical Supervisor in NE-09 scale of pay.
