Eligibility Criteria: Candidates interested in MOIL Limited’s Mine Mate recruitment must meet the following eligibility criteria:
Educational Qualification:
| 1. Mine Foreman-I – SSC Pass. Possessing valid Mine Foreman’s Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted) Experience: 6 yrs. after passing Mine Foreman’s Competency Certificate. |
| 2. Sel. Gr. Mine Foreman/Trainee Select Grade Mine Foreman – Diploma in Mining and Mine Surveying Experience: 2 yrs. experience as Mine Foreman after passing Diploma |
| 3. Mine Mate Gr.-I – SSC Pass, Possessing valid Mine Mate Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted) Experience: 3 years as Mine Mate in a reputed Mining Company. |

Age Limit (As on 09.11.2023) : The Maximum age limit for all the posts notified above will be varied from 35 to 45 years based on the position. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Government Rules.
Salary: The selected candidates will receive a competitive salary and other allowances as per the rules of MOIL Limited.
