3. Investment & Treasury –
Functional area: Resource Raising, Treasury – Back Office, Treasury – Front Office
Educational Qualification: MBA (Finance) / ICWA / CA / CFA/ Post Graduation Degree / Diploma in Management with Specialization in Finance / Forex
Preferred: Certification in Treasury/Forex
4. Information Technology & Operations –
Functional area: Business Support & Project Management Technical Support

Experience: Post-qualification experience of 1 year for all the above positions in Analyst grade is preferred.

Age Limit (As on 01.10.2023) : Minimum: 21 years, Maximum: 32 years i.e. A candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.10.1991 and not later than 01.10.2002 (both days inclusive). The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Salary Details: The annual fixed compensation for Analyst grade, appointed in the service of the Bank will be Rs 14.83 lakh (approximately). Apart from this, variable pay (performance bonus) of upto 20% on fixed compensation may be paid on the basis of performance, as decided by the Bank from time to time.

Selection Process: The selection process for the recruitment of Officers (Analyst Grade) in NaBFID will typically consist of the following stages:

Preliminary Examination: Candidates will have to appear for a preliminary examination, which may include objective-type questions to assess their general knowledge, reasoning, and quantitative aptitude.

Main Examination: Those who qualify in the preliminary examination will be eligible to take the main examination. This phase may include both objective and descriptive-type questions to evaluate the candidates’ domain knowledge and analytical skills.
