(Agriculture) with specialization in Seed Science & Tech./ Genetics & Plant Breeding/ Agronomy/ Soil Science/ Agriculture Chemistry/ Entomology/ Pathology from Universities/ Institutes recognized by UGC/AICTE/ICAR. |

Age Limit (As on 31.10.2023) : The Age limit for Management Trainee (Marketing, F&A, Law) is Minimum – 18 years Maximum – 27 years. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules.
Salary: The selected candidates will be placed as Management Trainees in NFL with a competitive compensation package. The pay scale for Management Trainees is approximately Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000 per month. In addition to the basic pay, candidates will be entitled to various allowances, benefits, and perks as per NFL’s rules and policies.
Selection Process: The selection process for the NFL MT 2023 recruitment involves the following stages:
