Educational qualification :
1.Senior Resource Person :
• Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course M.Tech. in Civil/ Environment/Agriculture- Soil and water conservation.
2. Research Scientist :
•Ph.D degree in Chemistry/ Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Microbiology/ Environmental Science OR M.E./M.Tech. in Environmental Engineering having 3 years of research experience, with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal.
3. Research Associate :
• Ph.D degree in Civil Engg./Water Resources/ Hydrology/Earth Science/Geoinformatics. OR M.E/M.Tech. in Civil Engg./Water Resources Engg./ Hydrology/Soil & water Conservation Engg./Earth Sciences/Geoinformatics having 3 years of research, teaching and design and development experience, with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal.
Desirable:
• Experience in hydrological modelling.
4. Junior Research Fellow :
• Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course M.E./M.Tech. in Civil/Water Resources Engg./Hydrology/Geoinformatics. Selected through a process described through any one of the following
• National Eligibility Tests- CSIR- UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE or
• A selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Govt. Deptt. And their Agencies and Institutions
Desirable:
• Experience in Python Programming, Processing & analysis of satellite data, water accounting, Remote Sensing and GIS works.
5. Junior Research Fellow :
• Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course M.E./M.Tech/M.Sc. In Civil/Water Resources Engg./ Geoinformatics/ Earth Sciences/Geophysics/ Atmospheric Sciences.
Selected through a process described through any one of the following:
• National Eligibility Tests- CSIR- UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE or
• A selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Govt. Deptt. And their Agencies and Institutions
Desirable:
• Experience in Hydrological modelling (e.g. SPHY), Processing of Satellite Datasets, (e.g. GRACE data & MODIS), Python Programming
6. Junior Research Fellow :
• Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course M.Tech. in Hydrology/Water Resources/Hydraulic/ Environmental Engg. OR Ph.D in Earth Sciences/Hydro-Geology and Groundwater Modelling.
Selected through a process described through any one of the following:
• Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests- CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) and GATE ( OR)
• The selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER etc.
Desirable:
• Working Experience of GIS application in Hydrology and in Groundwater Models preferred.
