Eligibility Criteria: To apply for the post of Junior Stenographer in NIIST, candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
Resident Medical Officer:
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have an MBBS degree or equivalent from a recognized university with one year of experience.
Age Limit: The age of the candidate should not be more than 35 years.
Junior Stenographer:
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed 12th class or equivalent from a recognized board or university. Candidates should have a typing speed of 80 wpm in shorthand and 35/40 wpm in typing in English/Hindi respectively.
Age Limit: The age of the candidate should be between 18 to 27 years.
Staff Car Driver:
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10th class or equivalent from a recognized board. Candidates must also have a valid driving license for LMV/HMV.
Age Limit: The age of the candidate should not be more than 28 years.
Selection Process: The selection process for the post of Junior Stenographer in NIIST will be based on the following stages:
Written Test: The written test will be conducted for 100 marks and will consist of objective type questions. The test will be conducted for 2 hours.
Skill Test: Candidates who qualify for the written test will be called for the skill test. The skill test will consist of shorthand and typing tests.
Document Verification: Candidates who qualify for the skill test will be called for the document verification process.
