Eligibility Criteria: Before applying for any of the above-mentioned positions, candidates are advised to thoroughly review the eligibility criteria to ensure they meet the necessary qualifications.
| Project Technical Officer (Medical Social Worker) – Graduate in Social Science/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Medical Sociology/ Psychology/ Anthropology from a recognized university with five years work experience from a recognized institution OR Master’s degree in Social Science/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Medical Sociology/ Psychology/ Anthropology. Desirable qualification : Research experience , Knowledge in computer applications |
| Project Technician III (Field Worker) – 12th Pass in science subjects And Two years diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician or PMW OR One year DMLT plus one year required experience in a recognized organization. OR Two years field/laboratory experience* in a Govt. recognized organization. *B.Sc. degree shall be treated as 3 years’ experience. |
| Project Technician III (Lab Technician) – 12th Pass in science subjects And Two years diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician or PMW OR One year DMLT plus one year required experience in a recognized organization. OR Two years field/laboratory experience* in a Govt. recognized organization. *B.Sc. degree shall be treated as 3 years’ experience. |
| Project Data Entry Operator Grade A – Intermediate or 12th Pass from recognized board. A speed test of not less than 8000 key depressions per hour through speed test on computer. |
Age Limit: The Maximum age limit for all the post notified above is 30 years. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules.
Salary Structure: Selected candidates for these positions will receive a competitive salary package commensurate with their qualifications and experience as per ICMR guidelines.

Selection Process: The selection process for the ICMR-NIRT Project Technician Recruitment 2023 will typically consist of the following stages:
