Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for the Apprentice posts, candidates must fulfill certain criteria. For the Diploma Engineering Apprentice position, candidates should have completed their diploma in the relevant engineering discipline from a recognized institute. For the Graduate Engineering Apprentice position, candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree (B.E/B.Tech) in the relevant engineering discipline from a recognized university. For the Non-Engineering Graduate Apprentice position, candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc/ BA / BBA/ B.Com/ BCA) in the relevant discipline from a recognized university.
Educational Qualification: Must have passed in Diploma / Graduate. Gap between the year of passing and date of joining should not be more than 3 years and candidates who passed out prior to Dec-2020 are not eligible.
Stipend: The selected candidates will be provided with a stipend during the apprenticeship period as per the rules and regulations of OFT Trichy. The apprenticeship program offers a valuable learning experience and exposure to various aspects of the respective disciplines, helping candidates enhance their skills and knowledge.
1. Diploma Engineering Apprentice – Rs.8000/-
2. Graduate (B.E/B.Tech) Engineering Apprentice – Rs.9000/-

Selection Process : The selection process for the Apprentice posts will involve the scrutiny of applications, followed by a written test and/or an interview. The final selection will be based on the candidate’s performance in the selection process.

The Candidates will be called for document verification at Ordnance Factory, Tiruchirappalli with hard copy of online application(applied) and registration of apprentice portal along with the following documents (original certificate + 2 sets of Xerox copy).
