Salary : Candidates selected as Officer Trainee (Finance) in POWERGRID will undergo training for a period of one year. During the training period, they will receive a stipend of Rs. 60,000 per month. After successful completion of training, candidates will be absorbed as Assistant Manager (E2) with a pay scale of Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000.
Compensation during training period: Basic Pay of Rs. 40,000/- along with IDA, HRA and perks @12% of basic pay during training period.
Designation & Level on successful completion of training period: Officer (Finance) at E-2 level in Executive Cadre.
Basic pay on Regularization: On successful completion of training and upon regularization, the candidate will be absorbed as Officer (Finance) in E2 scale – Rs. 50,000/- 3%- 1,60,000/- (IDA).
