POWERGRID is looking for Bright, Committed and Energetic ITI (Electrical) pass in Electrician Trade to join its fold as JUNIOR TECHNICIAN TRAINEE (ELECTRICIAN) for various Regions/ Offices. The jurisdiction of various Regions is indicated below:

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates interested in applying for the POWERGRID Junior Technician Trainee 2023 recruitment must ensure they meet the following eligibility criteria:
Essential Qualification: ITI (Electrical) pass in Electrician Trade from a recognized technical board/ Institute.
Higher technical qualification like Diploma/B.E./B.Tech etc. with or without ITI, is not allowed either at the time of application or at the time of joining
Age Limit(As on 12.12.2023): The age of the candidates should be between 18 and 27 years as of the closing date of application. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules.
Salary: Selected candidates will be placed in the Junior Technician Trainee (Electrician) role with a competitive salary package. The exact details of the salary structure will be Rs. 21500/- in the pay-scale of Rs.21500-3%-74000/- (IDA)
