The Punjab Police constable vacancies include Operator – 244, Hardware – 72 Posts and Software – 72 Posts. The vacancies are filled by filtering process of Medical Test, PET – Physical Efficiency test, Physical measurement and written exam. The required physical measurement is 5’ 5” (5 feet 5 inches) for Male candidates and 5’ 1” (5 feet 1 inches) for female candidates which is of minimum height. The PET will be conducted as per tabulation.

The one who clears the above fitness test will be sent for written exam where the exam pattern consists of three parts such as General Knowledge and Environmental science for 30 Marks in Part I. The Part II has Quantitative aptitude, reasoning and reading comprehension for 30 marks and Part III will be asked from technical subject which is may be computer hardware and operations for 40 marks. The total marks for this written exam is 100 Marks. The finalized candidates will get pay scale of Rs. 10300- 34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 3200/- for all posts.
