JOINT ENTRANCE EXAMINATION JET AGRICULTURE 2017

• JET is otherwise known as Rajasthan JET examination,which is a state level entrance conducted by Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and technology ,Udaipur.
• JET acts as a gateway for admission in different courses like B.sc agri (honours),B.Tech-Food technology ,B.Tech-Dairy technology ,B.sc horticulture(honours) & many other agri related courses.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Candidates must have passed in 10th standard and 12th or equivalent exam ,securing with 50% of marks for general & 45% of marks for reserved classes .
• Candidates must have passed out studying Biology,Physics,Agriculture,Chemistry and Mathematics are said to be eligible.
• The maximum age limit is 25 years of age for the candidate to apply for this exam .

IMPORTANT POINTS TO BE NOTED WHILE APPLYING

• Applicants should read the instructions clearly and carefully which is given in the website.
• While filing the application, applicants must be careful and must not fill in th fake or wrong informations.
• Applicants must ensure that the scanned photo and signature are uploaded in a given format.
• Candidates has to pay Rs.2800 for those who belongs to General /OBC/SBC category and Rs.1400 for those who belongs to SC/ST/PC category as application fee. If fee once paid is non refundable .
• Application can be filled and fee can be paid only through online mode .
• Candidates are suggested to take the print out of e-receipt and application form for future reference .

IMPORTANT DAYS

• 15th May 2017 : Admit card will be updated
• 21st May 2017 : Entrance Examination date
• 28th May 2017 :  OMR sheets,answer keys and marks scored will be published

EXAMINATION PATTERN

• Pen and paper based examination mode.
• Candidates have to mark their answer with black ball point pen.
• Four marks will be given for each correct answer.
• Negative marking ,one mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.

RAJASTHAN JET 2017 ADMIT CARD

• Admission card of Rajasthan JET 2017 will be available on website at www.rcaudaipur.com .
• No admission card/hall ticket will be sent personally or through post to the candidates .Candidates are supposed to bring their hall ticket/admit card at the time of their appearance for the examination.The coordinator reserve the right to withdraw the permission granted by error to a candidate who is not eligible to appear in the examination even though the admission card has been issued and produced by the candidate before the centre superintendent.The admit card downloaded from the university website contains the exam details,date and centre of the examination ,candidate’s photo and signature which seems to be valid to enter in for the entrance examination.
