Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for the SBI Apprentice Recruitment 2023, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Age Limit: Minimum 20 years and maximum 28 years as on 01.08.2023 i.e. candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.08.1995 and not later than 01.08.2003 (both days inclusive). Maximum age indicated is for unreserved and EWS candidates. Relaxation in upper age limit is applicable as per Government of India guidelines for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institution.
Local Language Proficiency: Applicants should be proficient in the local language of the state for which they are applying.
Salary and Stipend: Selected candidates will be eligible for a stipend as specified in the SBI Apprentice Recruitment notification. The apprentices are eligible for stipend of Rs.15000/- per month for the engagement period of one year. The apprentices are not eligible for any other allowances/ benefits. The stipend is paid as per the rules governing the Apprentices Act, 1961, and will be subject to periodic revisions by SBI.
Selection Process: The selection process for the SBI Apprentice Recruitment 2023 includes the following stages:
Online written test
Test of local language & Medical Examination
Online Written Examination: Candidates will be required to appear for an online written examination consisting of objective-type questions covering subjects such as General/Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability.
