Eligibility Criteria: Candidates willing to apply for the Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’ position at SIDBI must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
Educational Qualification (As on 28.11.2023) :
Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’ – General Stream – The candidate shall possess any of the following education qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any subject from any recognized University / Institution with a minimum of 60% marks (SC / ST / PwBD applicants – 55%) in aggregate from Universities / Institutions recognized by GoI / UGC. OR CA / CS / CWA / CFA / CMA OR Bachelor’s degree in Law / Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks (SC / ST / PwBD applicants – 55%) in aggregate from Universities / Institutions recognized by GoI / UGC / AICTE.
Minimum post Educational Qualification work experience: 2 years in Scheduled Commercial Banks / All India Financial Institution in areas of MSME lending (except personal loan, educational loan, Vehicle Loan, Housing Loan, etc.) OR 3 years in systemically important NBFCs in MSME lending / Non-Individual lending / Corporate Lending.
Age Limit (As on 08.11.2023) : Not exceeding 30 years. (candidates born not earlier than November 09, 1993 are only eligible to apply). The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules.
Salary: Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 28150-1550(4)-34350-1750(7)-46600-EB-1750(4)-53600-2000(1)-55600 (17 years). The gross monthly emoluments for Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’ at the minimum of the scale will be approximately Rs. 90,000/- approx. per month.

Group Discussion and Interview shall be held at Lucknow, Mumbai, New Delhi, Chennai and Kolkata. Candidates who qualify in the online examination will be called for a personal interview.
