Eligibility Criteria: Candidates applying for the above-mentioned positions must meet the following eligibility criteria:
Educational Qualification:
| 1. Welfare Officer – (a) Possesses a full time degree of a University recognized by the State Government in this behalf (b) Has obtained a full time Degree or full time Diploma in Social Science from any institution recognized by the State Government in this behalf; and (c) Has adequate knowledge of Hindi as also of the language spoken by the majority or the workers in the factory to which he is to be attached |
| 2. Supervisor-Electrical – 1 st Class full time diploma in Electrical engineering. Higher qualification i.e. 1st class B.Tech./B.E./B.sc.(Engg.) in Electrical will also be considered. |
| 3. Supervisor-Production/Lab – 1 st Class full time diploma in Pulp & Paper Technology/Chemical Technology/Chemical engineering. Higher qualification i.e. 1st class B.Tech./B.E./B.sc.(Engg.) in Pulp & Paper Technology/Chemical Technology/Chemical will also be considered. |
| 4. Supervisor (Store) – 1 st class full time diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/ Chemical Engineering from a recognized University/Institution. Higher qualification i.e. 1st class B.Tech./B.E./B.sc.(Engg.) in Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronics/Chemical will also be considered. |
| 5. Junior Hindi Translator – Master‟s Degree from a recognized University in Hindi or English with English/Hindi subject at Graduation level (i.e. Hindi in case the Candidate is Post-graduate in English and vice versa) AND One year experience in translation from Hindi to English and vice versa. Desirable : i. Knowledge of Sanskrit and/or any other modern Indian language. ii. Proficiency in working on computers in Hindi language. |
| 6. Secretarial Assistant – Graduate with at least 55% marks, Computer knowledge, Stenography@80 wpm and typing in English or Hindi @40 wpm. Desirable : Proficiency in secretarial job |
Age limit (As on 29.10.2023): The Maximum age limit for all the post mentioned in this notification is between 18 to 30 years.The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules.
Salary: Selected candidates will receive competitive remuneration as per the pay scale and rules of SPMCIL.
