Eligibility: For the Public Relations Officer (PRO) position, candidates should have completed their graduation in any discipline with at least 60% marks from a recognized university. Additionally, candidates should have a post-graduate degree/diploma in public relations, journalism, or mass communication with at least 60% marks.

For the Chief Manager (Credit) and Assistant General Manager (Credit) positions, candidates should have completed their CA/ICWA/MBA with a specialization in finance or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized university.

Salary Details:

1. Public Relations Officer (PRO) – Compensation will be of Scale II Cadre (Manager) on CTC basis new pay structure

2. Chief Manager (Credit) – On par with Scale IV executive of the bank under new pay structure.

3. Assistant General Manager (Credit) – On par with Scale V executive of the bank under new pay structure.

4. AGM (Jewel Loan) – Negotiable

Selection Process: The shortlisted candidates should appear for interview. They will be called for personal interview through Direct / Video Conferencing. The mode of interview, date and time will be communicated to the eligible candidates individually.
