Exam Pattern:

The TNPSC Assistant Director (Handlooms) exam consists of two papers: Paper I and Paper II. Both papers are objective type and are conducted for a duration of three hours each.

Paper I covers topics such as General Studies, Aptitude, and Mental Ability. It is conducted for a maximum of 200 marks.

Paper II covers topics related to the handloom industry, such as Handloom Weaving, Textile Technology, and Marketing of Handloom Products. It is conducted for a maximum of 300 marks.

Salary:

The pay scale for the TNPSC Assistant Director (Handlooms) post is Rs. 56,100 – Rs. 1,77,500/- (Level 22) as per the Tamil Nadu Revised Pay Rules, 2017.
