TNPSC Group-4 Exam Results 2022 Expected to be Released Today
The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) Group-4 exam results for the Integrated Dependent Work Examination IV (Volume IV) conducted on 24.07.2022 are expected to be released today. The TNPSC conducts various exams every year to fill the vacancies in various departments. A total of 22,02,942 applications were received for this examination, out of which 18,36,535 candidates participated, making it the exam with the largest number of candidates among all the exams conducted by examination boards across India.
TNPSC had announced that the results would be released in June. However, the results have not been released even after several months of the exam, leading to demands for quick announcement of the results. TNPSC had announced that the results would be published in March this year. But it has not been released yet.
The two-part integrated answer sheet system introduced by the examination board to avoid any mistakes is causing the delay in the announcement of results. Both parts of the answer sheets are scanned twice, and then the errors made by the candidates in the answer sheets are identified through the computer and directly checked by the officials. Verification works require excessive time, and about 16 types of errors made by the candidates against the instructions in the answer sheets have to be checked.
The report released by TNPSC states that the number of candidates this time is more than the last five years, and the number of OMR answer sheets is more than 36 lakhs. Therefore, it is taking more time to verify the results. The examinees are posting on social media platforms, demanding that the Group 4 exam results be published immediately. The hashtag #WeWantGroup4Results is trending on Twitter, and memes related to it are being shared widely.
According to reports, the TNPSC Group-4 exam results are expected to be released by the end of this month. Candidates are advised to keep an eye on the official website of TNPSC for updates and notifications regarding the same.
