Tnpsc assistant director of training recruitment educational qualification 2021 :
The Educational qualification and experience for the post of assistant director of training institute is given below:-
• A degree in any branch of Engineering or Technology of any recognised University or Institution under the purview of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)
AND
• Practical experience in a workshop or factory for a period of not less than three years.
Note :
• A factory or workshop shall mean a factory as defined in Section 2(m) of the Factories Act, 1948 (Central Act 63 of 1948)
• Other things being equal, preference will be given to persons who have completed one year Apprenticeship under the Government of India Scheme or one year training under the State Government Apprenticeship scheme.
• The qualification prescribed for the posts should have been obtained by passing the required qualification in the following order of studies: 10th + HSC or its equivalent + Bachelor’s degree as required under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Act, 2016. Results of the examination should have been declared on or before the date of notification. (Section 20(4)(iv) of the Tamil Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Act, 2016).
• Knowledge of Tamil is must for all the candidates.
Tnpsc assistant director of training recruitment age limit 2021 :
The age limit criteria for all the candidates who wish to apply for the recruitment of principal in industrial training institute according to the categories is given below :-
• SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBC(V)s, MBCs and DNCs, MBCs, BC(OBCM)s, BCMs and Destitute Widows of all categories :
Minimum age – 24 Years
Maximum age – No age limit
• Others [i.e. candidates not belonging to SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBC(V)s, MBCs and DNCs, MBCs BC(OBCM)s and BCMs] :
Minimum age – 24 Years
Maximum age – Should not have completed 30 Years.
Note :
• No age limit means the candidates should not have completed 60 years of age.
• Other candidates (candidates not belonging to SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBC(V)s, MBCs and DNCs, MBCs BC(OBCM)s and BCMs ) who have been put in service of 5 years in state / central government is not eligible.

The salary for candidates who will be selected through this recruitment and placed as assistant director given below:-
• Assistant Director of Training – The salary is Rs.56,100 to 1,77,500/- ( level – 22) revised scale
Tnpsc assistant director of training recruitment selection procedure 2021 :
The Board of TNPSC follows a certain pattern for the recruitment of principal in industrial training institute. The stages of recruitment and the marks allotted for each stage is given in detail as follows:-
• Written Examination :
A written examination will be conducted for the candidates who have applied for the recruitment. This will be conducted as two papers viz., Paper I & Paper II. The total marks for this stage is 500 Marks.
• Oral test :
A oral test will be conducted for aspirants who have cleared the written examination. This oral test will be conducted in the form of an interview, and candidates are advised to get themselves prepared well. This stage total marks is 70 marks.
• Written Examination : 500 Marks
• Interview : 70 Marks
• Total : 570 Marks
Tnpsc assistant director of training recruitment exam pattern 2021 :
The written examination for this recruitment will be conducted as two papers i.e. PAPER I & PAPER II. The exam pattern for both these pattern and mark split up is given below:-
• PAPER I :
Paper I is of subject paper and contains the basics of Engineering. The subject code is 230. There will be 200 questions conducted for a durations of 3 hrs. The total marks for this paper is 300 Marks.
• PAPER II :
Paper II is general studies paper. It contains 100 questions contributing 200 Marks in total. The total duration for the Paper is 2 hours.
• Interview & Record :
The selected candidates will be called for interview and a oral test will be conducted. This will be for 70 Marks.
• PAPER I : 300 MARKS
• PAPER II : 200 MARKS
• INTERVIEW : 70 MARKS
• TOTAL : 570 MARKS

The examination fees for this recruitment including the Registration fees and examination fees is given below:-
• Registration Fees :
The Registration fees is Rs.150/-, the fees to be paid for one time registration ( OTR). Students who have not registered in OTR , Should pay the registration fees and enroll in it. This is valid for 5 Years.
• Examination Fees :
Examination fees is Rs.200/-. This examination fees is to be paid by the candidates who are willing to apply for this recruitment.
Note :
• Linking Aadhaar number with one time registration is mandatory for all the candidates.
