Educational Qualification:
CEO – Chief Executive Officer – Master in Business Administration/ Technology/ Engineering/ Computer Application/ Science/ Social Work or equivalent from Work or equivalent from any recognized University.
Experience: An individual with impeccable track record and adequate experience in the field of Enterprise Development and Promotion, preferably in
– Social Sector / IT industry / Marketing.
– Start-up (as founder/co-founder/Managing Director/ Chairman/CEO)
– An enabler of Start-up, Innovation & entrepreneurship ecosystem by virtue of managing/leading reputed innovation & start-up promoting organizations/ incubators/accelerators /centres -of excellence/entrepreneurship development cells /mentoring organization etc or its flagship programmers.
PROJECT LEAD – Enterprise Development and Formalization – Post-graduate degree in the field of Company Secretary ship/ Business Administration/ Agriculture/ Technology / Engineering/ Science or equivalent from any recognized University.
Experience: Adequate experience in the Enterprises Development/ Formalization/ Promotion sector. Awareness of Corporate Legal Compliances and Handholding the potential entrepreneurs to form MSME/Company/Pvt. Ltd./ LLP. Prior experience working with NGOs, CSR/Private Sector/ Incubation Centres and/or Government Organizations. – Preference will be given to candidates with proficiency in both Tamil and English.
PROJECT LEAD – Product Development, Innovation and Incubation. – Post-graduate degree in the field of Company Secretary ship/ Business Administration/ Agriculture/Foo d Technology/ Technology / Engineering/ Science/ or equivalent from any recognized university.
Experience: – Adequate experience in the field of Enterprises Development/Product Development/ Innovation Promotion/ Business Incubation. Project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and evaluate initiatives, managing resources and timelines. Value chain analysis and an understanding of value addition products for various commonly traded commodities. Good analytical skills, strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in the use of analytical tools. Preference will be given to candidates with proficiency in both Tamil and English.
PROJECT LEAD – Business Plan and Financial Linkages – Post-graduate degree in the field of Company Secretary ship/ Business Administration/ Agriculture/Commerce/ Technology / Engineering/ Science/ or equivalent from any recognized university.
Experience: Adequate experience in the field of Enterprises Development/ Business Plan Financing/ Venture Capital/ Investment Promotion, Strong financial acumen with expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, and analysis. Preference will be given to candidates with proficiency in Tamil and English. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain partnerships with financial institutions, investors, and stakeholders. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex business and financial landscapes. Proficiency in financial software, MS Office suite, and other relevant tools.
PROJECT LEAD: Branding, Packaging and Marketing Linkages – Post-graduate degree in the field of Company Secretary ship/ Business Administration/ Agriculture/ Technology/ Engineering/ Packaging/ Science/ or equivalent from any recognized university.
Experience: Adequate experience in the field of Branding/Packaging and Marketing – Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand development strategies, packaging design, and market trends. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build partnerships and advocate for women entrepreneurs. Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in social work and related areas. Preference will be given to candidates with proficiency in Tamil and English.
Accounts Officer – Company Secretary – UG/PG in Accountancy/ Commerce/ Economics and qualified Company Secretary ship.
Experience: Adequate experience as a Company Secretary. Strong understanding of Accounting Principles, Financial reporting and Accounting Methods.
Young Professional (YP) – UG/PG in Business Administration/ Technology/ Engineering/ Finance/ Computer Applications/ Science/ Social Work or equivalent from any recognized university
Experience: Freshers from to pranked Business Schools/ Technology Institutions, Preference will be given to candidates less than 30 years of age.
Salary: The salary for the Accounts Officer position will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience. Additionally, selected candidates may be eligible for benefits such as health insurance, provident fund, and other allowances as per TNRTP norms.
