Telangana State have successfully completed the examination scheduled for the Engineering Agriculture Medical Common Test for the registered students on 9th July 2016. As the Results were already declared the admission procedures have been started with the counselling of Selected students. TS EAMCET 2 Medical Examination
Engineering Agriculture Medical Common Test is the common eligibility examination conducted by the Telangana State Government to select the eligible Students to pursue B.E/B.Tech/M.B.B.S/B.Sc/B.Pharm/B.D.S. The examination was conducted for the engineering stream on 15th May 2016 and for the Medical Stream in 9th July 2016. As the examination for the Medical Stream result is also declared and conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University of Hyderabad. This examination is required to choose the highly talented 2650 Students to Pursue MBBS and BDS. Out of these 2650 Seats, 850 Seats are reserved for the Government Medical College and 1800 seats are reserved for the private medical college in the state. As the result and written examination procedures are already completed, now the selected students are waiting for the counselling procedures.
Counselling Centres
The eligible candidates who got selected will participate in the counselling as per their rank order. EAMCET Medical Counselling are expected to held on August 2016. As the official board have planned to conduct in Jawaharlal Nehru Technical University of Hyderabad, PGRR Distance Education OU Campus of Hyderabad, Kakatiya University Counselling Centre of Warangal, NTR University of Health & Sciences of Vijayawada
Counselling Procedure of EAMCET 2016
To Candidates who participating in counselling can follow the steps given below to avoid last minute tension.
Document Verification
As the first step of counselling the registration through computers along with the document verification is done by the officials. For the verification process please contact the Help Line Centres of TS EAMCET. Caste certificate will be verified separately for reservation candidates and all the documents listed should be provided for verification with the verification officer. After successful verification process, receipt of verified document is provided with the candidates.
Online Registration 2016
This online registration will be done online before the last date to enter your details as per the forms.
Depositing Counselling Fees
The candidate who complete the online registration can pay the counselling fees. Candidates who fail to pay before the due date are not eligible to attend the counselling.
Choice filling and Locking
Login to account and mark the options for colleges and courses in choice filling round. Candidate have to be very sure on doing this process. As once locked it cannot be altered. Fill the maximum possible choices before deadline.
Check College Allotment List and Deposit Admission Fees
Candidates can check the allotment list of college and deposit the admission fees to the allotted college before the due date and also advised to report to the college before last date.
Seat Allotment EAMCET 2016
TS EAMCET 2 Seat allotment procedure will be conducted by the University. Seat allotment depends on the merit list of the candidates who got selected in view of Rank, choice filled by the candidates and the reservation etc. Candidates are informed to report at the respective colleges from after the seat allotment procedures. EAMCET officials released the First list of College allotment for the higher rank candidates of 2016.After allotment of the seats candidates must confirm their seats by reporting to the respective colleges to complete the admission procedures. Candidates which lower rank grade will get seat allotment after completion of first list of allotment.
Required Documents for Counselling
The candidates who got selected and intimated for counselling should have the original and photocopy of the documents given below, 10th Class Mark sheet, 12th Class Mark sheet, Transfer Certificate (T.C), Domicile Certificate, Caste Certificate , Migration Certificate, TS EAMCET Admit Card 2016 and TS EAMCET Score Card 2016, Reservation Certificate, Income Certificate(if fees exemption is applicable).If any of the candidates failed to have any of the above document then they will not allowed to attend the counselling.
