TS TET means Telangana State Teacher Eligibility Test is State level competitive exam for the recruitment of Teachers. This has been First time ever Telangana conducted TET exam for teachers after state bifurcation act of AP. It was conducted by Department of School Education for 10,960 post in 10 district, whereas the process started from 16th March 2016 to 31st March 2016 .Without TET Exam, you can’t became Govt. School teacher in India. So, Its really very good platform for teachers, who had aspiration to serve as Government Teacher. We all aware of that, TS-TET exam was held on 22nd May 2016. Nearly, 2 lakh eligible candidates appeared for two papers i.e; Paper I and Paper II of TS TET Exam across the State Telangana.

There are totally 2 papers, PAPER –I & PAPER –II with 4 sets ( A,B,C,D) answer key will be expected soon. Each Paper contains 150 multiple choice questions and each question carry 1 Mark. There is NO NEGATIVE MARKING for the wrong answers.
Paper –I is for Primary section ( 1 to 5) candidates, which has been conducted in the Morning session from 9.30 AM to 12 PM whereas Paper –II is for Higher Section ( 6 to 8) conducted in Noon session from 2.30 PM to 5 PM in 8 different Languages such as Telugu,Bengali,Gujarati,Hindi,Kannada,Marathi,Tamil,Urdu. The Telangana department of School Education Board allotted the Minimum Qualifying Cutoff Marks and Percentage in Category wise are listed below as,
OC Candidates : 60% of Total Mark
BC Candidates : 50 % of Total Mark
SC/ST/Reservation : 40% of Total Mark

WEIGHTAGE :
20 % is for TS- TET Score
80% for written test in TRT ( Teacher Recruitment Test)
