Candidates with Master in Business Administration with specialization in Finance/ Digital Lending/ Data Analytics /Business Analytics etc. from institute recognized / approved by Govt. bodies / AICTE/ UGC will be given preference Experience: Minimum 10 years of overall experience with relevant experience in designing customer journeys/ implementation and leading process teams in the area of customer experience in financial sector |
