- Intermediate Pass from Indian Approved Board registered by UP/ Central Government.
- Mandatory Hindi Stenography/ Shorthand of 80 wpm & 25 wpm Typing speed.
- Must have CCC Certificate from DOEACC.
Age Criteria: Minimum 18 to Maximum 40 Years as on 1st July 2016.
