The CSIR-National Botanical Research Institute ( NBRI) released the notification for vacancies of Senior technical officers posts. Candidates are advised to send their application by speed post.

Educational qualification :
1.Senior Technical Officer:
•M.Sc. Botany/Chemistry/Microbiology with minimum of 55% marks or B. Pharm a with minimum of 55% marks, and two years working experience in the area of Pharmacognosy/ Chemotaxonomy/ Herbal drug development.
Desirable experience:
• Handling experience of HPLC, HPTLC, UPLC, and GC-MS for bio prospection, Chemotaxonomy and herbal drug development as evident from SCI publications/ patents.
2.Technical Officer :
•M. Sc. In Environmental Sciences/ Environmental Studies/ Microbiology/ Environmental Microbiology/ Applied Microbiology with 55% marks or B. Tech. in Environmental Science and Environmental Engineering/ Industrial Microbiology with 55% marks.
Desirable experience:
• Two years research experience in handling and performing spectrometry / chromatography / spectroscopy for analytical / bioanalytical work and having SCI publications. Good knowledge of ISO/IEC: 17025 -2017 or GLP practices.
